Dr. Andy Rojas is a distinguished International Business Professor and Management Consultant with more than twenty-five years of leadership experience in international banking, wealth management, and commercial finance. For more than a decade, he has been an adjunct professor teaching MBA and DBA students at Saint Leo University, where he bridges the gap between academic theory and executive practice. Dr. Rojas leverages his extensive consulting practice across four continents to provide students with high-level, hands-on experience in business. Through strategic consulting projects and collaborations with U.S. companies and institutions in Japan, Colombia, Greece, Costa Rica, and Jordan; Dr. Rojas helps students to develop the tactical skills needed to address local and global business challenges.

Guided by a commitment to service, Dr. Rojas has dedicated nearly 20 years to Hearts Afire International. Serving on the organization’s Finance Committee and Board of Directors, he helps to oversee medical and humanitarian missions that support under-resourced families in almost a dozen countries. Dr. Rojas is a recipient of the NISOD Institute’s Academic Excellence Award and was honored on Capitol Hill with the 2005 G.R.E.A.T. Award. Presented by the National Association of Colleges, this distinction recognizes his outstanding contributions to education and his commitment to professional excellence. Dr. Rojas earned an MBA with a specialization in organizational management and a DBA from Argosy University.
