A native of Detroit, Dr. Dale Mancini spent 30 years in the automotive industry with General Motors (GM). The majority of his career was in pre-production engine engineering, including developmental work in engine testing. After retiring from GM served as Chair of the Graduate School of Business and Management at Argosy University and Director of Saint Leo’s DBA program. Dr. Mancini earned a BS in human resources from Spring Arbor University, an MSA from Central Michigan University, and Ph.D. in organizational leadership from Andrews University. When he is not in the classroom, he enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren.
