Dr. Faith Glaspie-Ellis is an inspiring teacher and a lifelong learner. She served in the United States Army Military Intelligence Unit for 22 years. She has shared her expertise in a variety of industries, including retail, manufacturing, and higher education. She is an experienced professional in human resources, employee development, management, organizational behavior, and leadership. Dr. Glaspie-Ellis recently served as the Area Human Resources Director for Argosy University and Professor of Business at Argosy University Online. She earned a BA in sociology from Saint Leo University, a master’s degree in human resources from Central Michigan University, and a Ph.D. in organization and management from Capella University. Dr. Glaspie-Ellis is originally from Brooklyn, New York, and after living all around the world, she and her family now reside in South Florida.
