Dr. Helen MacLennan is Dean of the Graduate School of Business & Technology at Lindsey Wilson College and has served as a DBA faculty member and dissertation committee chair at Saint Leo University for more than 8 years. Prior to coming to Saint Leo, she was a licensed real estate broker and asset manager for a portfolio of industrial real estate properties. She currently serves on the editorial review board for the Journal of Conflict Management; she is also a reviewer for the Transnational Journal of Business and the International Journal of Doctoral Studies. Dr. MacLennan has published research in the Journal of Conflict Management, International Journal of Doctoral Studies, Journal of Excellence in Business Education, Southeast Case Research Journal, and the Journal of Transportation Management. She earned an MBA in real estate studies from Marylhurst University and a Ph.D. in management (conflict management) from Sullivan University.
