Dr. Pamela Chandler Lee is a Professor, the MBA Director, and Interim DBA Director for Saint Leo University. A former U. S. Naval Officer, she was an Associate Dean for Bryant and Stratton College and Regent University. Dr. Lee has the TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification, and she is a member of several leadership and management organizations, such as the International Leadership Association and the Southern Management Association. She is also a Board Member for the Selective Service System and the Treasurer and Board Member for Love and Hope Ministries, Inc. Dr. Lee has published and presented dozens of scholarly articles and book chapters in the areas of women in leadership, the integration of faith in business, mentorship, and online learning and advising. She is also an ordained minister and an evangelist. She recently published a prayer journal entitled A Journal for Morning Meditation: Finding Your Purpose through Prayer. Dr. Lee earned a BS in mass communication from Norfolk State University, an MA in applied linguistics from Old Dominion University, and a Ph.D. in organizational leadership from Regent University.
