Biography:

I spent over 28 years working in 3 different public schools districts and held positions that ranged from media specialist to professional development director to principal. I was a teacher or resource teacher for 12 years and I was a school or district administrator for 16 years. I have worked at all levels K-12, both traditional and alternative, and have served as an adjunct in graduate education for several universities before coming to Saint Leo full-time in 2015. I have served as the associate director for Graduate Education in the past and am currently serving as the interim co-director.

I am also the program administrator for the masters in educational leadership and have served in that role since 2016. I am an active member of the following professional associations: Florida Association of School Administrators, member of legislative committee, Florida Association of Professors of Educational Leadership, National Association of Secondary School Principals, member of the rural administrators network and the middle school administrators network, National Association of Elementary School Principals, DKG International Society for Key Women Educators, attend monthly state meetings, National Catholic Educators Association. . My primary focus is developing strong school administrators for both public and private K-12 schools by working closely with district and diocesan leadership.
