Dr. Toni Zetzsche joined Saint Leo as an adjunct instructor in 2013 and has served as an adjunct in Graduate Education assisting with course design and development in the doctoral program. Additionally, Dr. Zetzsche has proudly served Pasco County Schools since 2006 and has served in a wide range of leadership roles over the course of her career in Pasco, including classroom teacher, behavior specialist, assistant principal, and principal. In January 2025, she was appointed to the Superintendent’s Cabinet as Chief Communications and Community Engagement Officer. In this role, Dr. Zetzsche leads the district’s strategic communications, media relations, community partnerships, and family engagement initiatives, working closely with schools, district leadership, and community partners to amplify Pasco County Schools’ vision and impact in our community.
